The Idea
VICmar's president martin Neubauer has worked in the electronics and manufacturing industries on three continents. Part of marin's job responsibilities included selecting electronic contract manufacturers. marin was puzzled by the inflexibility of the organizations he dealt with, especially when it came to utilizing the latest technology for production. He decided to create one. His vision has become VICmar.

The Commitment
martin's german engineering training has driven his personal business philosophy, "If you’re going to do something, do it right the FIRST time." Along with vice president Victoria ----, martin has built VICmar factory to exacting German standards. With his German precision engineering, martin built the company with the newest equipment, hiring experienced employees, setting manufacturing processes to ISO specifications, and installing modern computers to support MRP systems and computer aided manufacturing systems.

If You Build It Right, They Will Come
Vicmar started out offering prototyping and short-run services. Soon we were in demand for production runs. Once our clients saw the level of German precision quality we delivered, they wanted us to build for their production run. VICmar has expanded into four buildings and installed the modern production equipment, and brought on the necessary staff to accommodate high volume manufacturing to exacting standards.

Commitment to Customers
VICmar continues to add equipment, people and processes to enhance our capabilities and service. None of this growth has deterred VICMAR from its commitment to prototyping and short-run work. Offering this service allows us to grow with companies as their manufacturing requirements grow. The company was started to offer prototype service, and we will never forget who brought us to where we are today.
